Delivery & Payments
Here at 7TheBikeShop we aim to provide Next Day Delivery in the Republic of Ireland, and by collection (or arrangement) for our Northern Ireland customers (call us for more information), depending on stock items and availability, and receipt of payments. On the rare occasion we do not have one of the products in stock we will email you and hold your order back until we can send it out as a complete order.
We accept payment with all major credit cards and from Paypal accounts. All our payments are handled securely through our preferred processor, PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to avail of this service, and can pay through the same system with your credit or debit cards.

All parcels will be sent with Fastway Courier service on a 1-3 day delivery service. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery, if there is no one present to sign for your parcel, you will be left a calling card from the Fastway driver. There is a contact number on this card which you will have to ring to re-schedule your delivery. It is your responsibility to contact Fastway to re-schedule your delivery for a convenient day when there will be somebody available to sign for your parcel. After two delivery attempts without a signature the parcel will be returned to us. It can be dispatched again at an extra cost to you.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery details on your order, we can only send orders to the address that you have provided us with. Once you have placed your order we cannot change any delivery details.
Please note that some postcode areas will incur an extra day for your parcel to arrive.
Delivery is made on working days only and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
All parcels received must be checked for damage & leakage Before you sign! In any cases where you suspect there is any damage to the package you can refuse delivery (you must state your reason) and have it sent back to 7TheBikeShop. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check all goods for damage and to make a written note of any damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing for acceptance of said goods. Once goods have been signed for the Seller cannot accept any liability for damage since a clean signature invalidates any claim against the carrier. We will replace free of charge any goods lost in transit once we have received confirmation from the carrier that the goods are indeed lost. We will repair or replace free of charge goods damaged in transit provided that we receive written notification and photographic evidence of such damage within two days of delivery and goods received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition have been signed for as such. No damaged items will be replaced without photographic evidence. On receipt, goods should be checked against the enclosed invoice. Any shortages must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise no liability can be accepted. The packing and contents should be retained for inspection.
Should your product be found faulty the product must be returned to 7TheBikeShop on a return to base policy for the product to inspected.
Should the goods be verified to be faulty, 7TheBikeShop will either:
Deliver a replacement free of charge, or
Refund the price you paid for the goods if replacement is not required.
We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been inspected.
Please include your customer reference number and contact details with the returned goods.
Your legal rights are not affected.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. Goods must be returned to the Seller at the Customer’s own expense and arrive in “as new” condition, upon which a refund will be issued for the full value of the goods (any postage/packaging costs paid by the customer are non-refundable, unless the goods supplied by the seller are faulty). Goods so returned must be in re-saleable condition, appropriately packed, carriage paid, and accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice/correspondence with the Seller in relation to the return.

It is advisable to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery, since proof of sending will not constitute proof of receipt of any returned item.
